2. About the app

Visio Mobile is a native video conferencing client designed to connect to La Suite Meet instances. The app is free and open-source (AGPL-3.0), with source code available on GitHub.

3. Data collected

The app collects and processes only data strictly necessary for video conferencing:

• Identity: display name and login identifier (via OIDC/ProConnect authentication)
• Audio and video: media streams transmitted in real-time during calls (not recorded by the app)
• Chat messages: messages exchanged during meetings (transmitted in real-time, not stored by the app)

The app does not collect any analytics, advertising, or tracking data.

4. Processing and storage

• Audio/video streams and messages are routed through the LiveKit server of the instance you connect to.
• The app does not store any personal data on its own servers.
• Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and deleted upon sign-out.
• For French government La Suite Meet instances, data is processed exclusively on servers located in France.

5. Data sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties. The app contains no advertising SDKs or third-party tracking tools.

6. Device permissions

The app requests the following permissions, only when needed:

• Camera: for in-call video
• Microphone: for in-call audio
• Notifications: for meeting alerts (optional)

7. Your rights

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last modification date is shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update.
